Step 2

If the resolution received by the customer does not meet the expectation, or has not received any response within 10 days from the date of raising the compliant, he/she can escalate the compliant to the Principal officer – Amarnath Gupta at po_vcare@vcareinsurance.in and the Principal Officer / customer care dept shall also escalate and follow up with the insurer company for providing speedy resolution.

Step 3

In-case the customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the insurer or by the company, at any point of time he/she can approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of the Consumer Affairs Department of IRDAI.
